To accomplish that goal, we are assembling a team of qualified, experienced and motivated payroll service sales representatives.
Requirements for joining this winning team are:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in selling services
- Client satisfaction orientation
- The drive to excel
The representative's job responsibilities include:
- Opening leads by phone and in person
- Closing sales
- Delivering initial payrolls
- Maintaining ongoing client satisfaction contact
Our exciting compensation package includes:
- Competitive salary plus commission & car expenses
- Percentage commission for client's first year; residual percentage for client's next 2 years
- 2 weeks annual paid vacation
- Open territory/ no territorial rights
